MSN Israel will provide such services as Hebrew-language news, free e-mail, instant messaging, an Internet search engine, business services and e-commerce services. Based on Microsoft's solid presence in the global content market and Internet Gold's leading market position in Israel, MSN Israel should be a leading player in Israel's growing content market. Shares of Microsoft closed down 1 5/8 (-1.36%) to 117 1/2, while shares of Internet Gold skyrocketed 97.37% (up 13 7/8) to 28 1/8.
