Jill:

Right now G* is a volatile stock. Even though I am bullish on the stock, there are many socalled analysts who are given 5 minute fame time on CNBC who for their own agenda will bad mouth the company.

The direction of G* is currently unclear. based on what happenend starting thursday, the stock is overbougt (not overvalued), hence buying calls or leaps is better postponed. as ed says: buy calls when oversold, and sell it when overbought.

best regards

paul

Jill - most out of the money G* LEAP options cost so much that I would think you'd rather just buy G* stock on 50 % margin, and own it the rest of your life (AND -- have the chance to "pyramid" your stock position on the way up, if you dare (and, if G* ever goes up, also, of course)).

Jon.
