I called the hospital an hour ago, and Gaugie was still in surgery, definitely not in recovery. I just called the hospital again, Gaugie's not on a floor yet, but I got the impression he was in recovery, but am not certain. They sounded busy, I guess it's lunch time and visiting time so I didn't push it. I am leaving to take the kids out, probably to the Capitol, which we have never visited. Congress is not in session, so this should be a good time, I hope, not too crowded. I am delegating my checking function to you until I return. I'd say give them another hour, so try again at 3:30 p.m. ET?
