Something bad is happening to the stock price. Perhaps an earnings warning is in the cards. AT&T did halt upgrades for a month due to Y2K, as a major purchaser of ANTC's gear, that would have an effect. I obviously should have waited on more purchases, as we are going below 35 here shortly.

Looks like some downgrades have affected the stock:

But look at that earnings growth! We may be treading water until the 1Q report in Jan.
