Well said.

A long ago, I was a Wang reseller. But I made more money buying and selling their stock than the company's products. There was far too much "ego" tied up in every sale and far too little care for its resellers and end users for Wang to succeed on a long-term basis.

In the end, Netware may well join the ranks of punchcards, millisecond memory chips, and "Phoenix" disk drives. Great stuff in its time and then ...
