Won't / Can't happen until after new year IMHO

Rambus is a tax loss right now, and some repositioning for next year, but nothing more.

Uncle, and the time for the move might be right now. The volume is increasing nicely, and the price is getting a little hotter as well. It has been some time since RMBS daily trading range was more than $2

yup!
best volume in 8 days...i still think it happens after the first though...for two reasons: tax reasons...and the last big hope is a y2k problem.
