Scanning the threads I guess the 31st is the last day. I used it last year but heard otherwise from supposedly knowledgeable sources. Hmm. However today was last day for funds to get rid of dog names from their end of year portfolio. -- Which means most tax-selling over but some will continue. Sorry if I reported wrongly but I wasn't the only one. I heard even CNBC reported this was the last day.

At any rate, certain stocks are so low they'll probably hold current levels. And some will rally like TYC which has come back 5 points this week.
