Heinz: I refuse to play the bubble, but have recently put 20% of my assets in several value funds. These are starting to do much better and should have a decent bounce the next few weeks unless Y2K really does turn out to be a disaster. But I do not see a long-term bull in these issues until the tech bubble bursts and the market concludes that Greenspan is finished hiking rates.
