I refuse to play the bubble, but have recently put 20% of my assets in several value funds. These are starting to do much better and should have a decent bounce the next few weeks unless Y2K really does turn out to be a disaster.

But I do not see a long-term bull in these issues until the tech bubble bursts and the market concludes that Greenspan is finished hiking rates.

somebody has to buy on the way down.. it certainly WON'T be investors. shorts will be the only buying pressure there is and when most of them have covered (which should be early in the move) you get a debacle
