Probably why it is still at a bit of a discount.

Confirmation may ease some fears but it looks done to me. JAWZ incorporated some proprietary offsite technology to do the Linux encryption thing. If the deal wasnt a no-brainer from the OS side, I'm sure they wouldnt have combined such a technology with JAWZ. They pretty much have given away the company already, I think, and should be able to deliver the necessary approvals.

They generally trade at a discount - MY OS are RRSP holds - I lost on te momo daytrades but am content to wait and get my JAWZ shares if the deal gets donw which OS mgt has endorsed. I suspect it will get donw given the strength in JAWZ shares of late.

PLUS JAWZ may be fullly RRSP eligible
