DZTK...If the calculations you made included fully diluted shares, that would minimize the potential dilution, but if the stock price increased fully diluted shares would also increase...over the number of fds at the present.

You would still have risk if the company issued a secondary offering. Also, option holders, (assuming total options exceed the calculated equivilent shares in fully diluted) might have a claim to some DZTK shares.

I am not trying to knock a hole in your idea, it has a lot of potential, but I wanted to share a couple of thoughts I had while thinking about your analysis.
