Both funds track the index closely, as you might expect. I think the fee structure with Rydex is a bit better but the Fidelity fund has a longer track record.... fwiw

Edit: Sorry. It looks like you will need to "add" OSX and FSESX on your own after you link to the RYVIX chart in order to see the comparison.

I hold Fidelity Select Energy Services (FSESX). Rydex also has an energy service fund, but I don't know the ticker.
