""The Thai and the Italians. . .both make some terrific foods. . .""

I can vouch for the Italians...just got back last night from Roma and Firenze where we spent the most glorious Christmas. My neck is sore from gazing up at one amazing frescoed and tiled ceiling after another, (the restoration of the Cappella Sistina revealing the colors close to their original application was beautifully handled...the paint is vibrant and so alive...it's hard to believe it's almost 500 years old), my eyes are weary from the incredible visual stimulation of it all, my palate was satiated beyond belief with the rustic and rich Tuscan cooking and vino, and my spirit was warmed by the grace and generosity of the people we met. A truly magical place.

I'm still trying to get my bearings...have over 300 posts to catch up on, so it may take a few days until I'm back in the swing of things. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with those that they love. A belated holiday wish to all....Julie

LPTHA -

LPTHW can be called when LPTHA maintains a 30 day moving average of $9.10. That just happened - Friday or Monday - so speculation is that they will be called momentarily, bringing $12 million in cash to the company, which has been tight for cash. The float will increase, but not drastically. Dilution has already been factored in by any that were paying attention.

Also, LPTHA has been drifting down for a couple weeks. I think that some were waiting to try and catch the bottom. It started up and those that were waiting ran to catch the bus.

Someone on the Yahoo board linked to an old LPTHA post of yours early today, and several of the regulars took you to task on specific details. You might want to check it out. It's one of the more intelligent and civil boards on Yahoo.

Nope, "DH" on some listservs I've belonged to meant "Darling Husband" or if you were PO'd at the guy could have a more derogatory connotation....in any event it was a quick way of typing "husband".

Thanks George for the mention of the Lightpath warrants. I too read that they could be called now but wasn't sure of the implication for LPTHA.
