Mike, MSDW will have to cover CMGI ... and you bet it will be very bullish... they are the main underwriter of ALTA IPO... DW put very bluntly at the CMGI annual meeting, unless there is a SEC regulation that restricts them from covering before the ALTA IPO knowing that CMGI is a majority owner...

and like you said, we are after the same thing, and each will fly by his / her own rules...
