Thomas, yes, OmniTRACS was going to go via Globalstar, but last I heard, that was not necessarily the case - I suppose it's a matter of negotiating a good deal attractive to both. Globalstar can certainly handle a pile of data, but it's primarily a voice system and I'd be bitterly disappointed if it isn't nearly all used for voice. I think that the extent to which it's used for data will be the extent to which it has been a failure. More or less anyway. Short messaging and stuff like that is a necessary adjunct to voice, so that's okay. Maurice PS: Must drop this and go to 3D Summer!!!
