Jascan has lots of cash, close to $10,000,000 last time I looked. The Call options are a deadweight around BHKs neck. Standard bank wanted "PUT" protection and suggested they sell the "CALLS" to come up with the money to buy the "PUTS". I think Ogryzlo is paying the price of agreeing to this arrangement.

Gilbert...Thanks for the fresh perspective.

Guess my mind is just clouded by the whole option issue. I knew it was potential trouble when the loan renewal was delayed and the
millstone was fitted. Still holding out for a turnaround.

I noticed today that Mr. Robert A. Quartermain President and Director of Silver Standard Resources Inc. is equally a director of REPADRE.

It is Silver Standard Resources who has a deal with BHK for works on their Argentina property. (Right now, at a current price of $0.06, the markets don't recognize any value to this asset.)

In conclusion, a very small family of related corporations and insiders.

Stephen, I don't expect that JASCAN will inject more money in BHK. I think that BHK will sell some non strategic assets and reduce their expenses at the head office.

p.s. BHK is a very speculative stock. It is not like my preferred junior gold stock, AURIZON.)
