I do not have a position, long or short, in LUMME, but I fail to see what the big deal is. The company filed its Form 10-12G on November 5, 1999 and has yet to receive SEC approval. I'd be shocked if the SEC turned it around that fast. If the company does not have approval by January 19, 2000, its trades in the pinks. Again, no big deal. The SEC will eventually approve their filing and the company processes some more paperwork. My guess is that most of the people who are long this stock have made a bet on the technology and this is just a small bump in the road. If the current confusion drives the price into the teens, I will probably take a position. As for your contention that Don Johnston is a "tout", get real.

<<Can any of you prove to me that I am wrong about the "E"?>>

No, I can't prove you wrong. The reason being that what you post is correct (and rather long winded).

Why would I be baited into trying to prove you wrong when you are right. That would be a failing task and I don't like to fail!

However for what it's worth I will repeat my position.

LUMM is going to be listed on NASDAQ NMS shortly. It will be a great day, one of the greatest in LUMM's life to date.

So why the continued emphasis on a non issue?

And a tip for you, given in the sincere hope you will accept it.

Don't be so condescending to me, in particular (I don't really know how you treat others).

You can and will win far more converts to your particular point of view with a pleasant attitude rather than the one you present to me. Perhaps I bring out the worst in you. I regret that. Let's try , eh!

And BTW terms such as 'scamridden' and 'POS' do not endear you to me or anyone I know. Let's try our best to clean up our act.

Surely if you are performing this humanitarian gesture to save every viewer of your posts from the troubles you allege they will encounter in holding LUMM shares, you must take care to appear reasonable. And the use of such language makes the viewer think you are anything but humanitarian.

Of course we all really know why you post what you do. Humanitarianism has nothing to do with it! You want to make money shorting LUMM, drive the price down and clean up. That in itself is OK, but your attempts here are, IMO, pretty crude.

The sad thing is that some, I know not how many, are turned away from LUMM by your postings, and are prevented from participating in a splendid company.

I'm pretty sure I won't convert you from your ways, but perhaps this post of mine will convince these potential new shareholders of LUMM to take a second look.

You will like what you see!

DJ

End of lecture.
