I went to lunch with Minnow today. We went to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Hollywood. We both had the "Scoe's special #2"....mmmm good. She was real worried about getting a ticket...she didn't get one, but I did:-( Back in the mid 80s, I spent a lot of time in the clubs in Hollywood and after a night of drinking and dancing, we would all go hit Roscoe's for the 2:00am snack. Ah the wisps of nostalgia.... Best damned waffles in the world. Put a little syrup on them and then accidentally dip your waffle in the gravy that is slathered on the chicken....mmmmm <drool>
