The REFR stock fraud.

My opinion about the REFR fraud hasn't changed a bit. Actually, it's been a horrible market to short event the most absurdly overvalued stocks.

As far as "financial ruin" is concerned, I seriously doubt that a scam stock short that amounts to < 1% of my portfolio and shorted at an average of 11 1/2 will keep me up nights. I guess I'll have to console myself with the 100 points I made on NVLS, the 80 on AOL, the 40 on COST, etc. etc. etc. You should read my thread more often Teddy. Instead of humping fraud stocks like this one, you would actually be making some money.

REFR has not produced a product in over 35 years. The stock is fraudulently promoted by paid touts. An investor who was unfortunate enough to buy during the last hypefest runup about 4 years ago is barely breaking even now...and not because the company has earned any money.

REFR has been a dog in the greatest bull market in history. And I remain confident that it will eventually - and inevtiably - sink back to the low single digits.
