SPD is not being manufactured by anyone. REFR's "license" agreements are the same boilerplate that has been fed to the suckers for years.

REFR has not earned a penny in 35 years. Your nonsense is no different than it was years ago.

Another Nancy Lie:

No rear view mirrors are even talked about today. We haven't heard a peep out of Dianippon or Hitachi for years. Yet, according to Nancy all three were on the verge of selling SPD.

The facts are as follows:
1)REFR didn't have a film with which to make a product 35 years ago.
2)A few things have changed since June 1999:

SPD is now being manufactured by Hitachi Chemical and Dainippon for commercial use by licensees.

Two agreements in the auto glass industry for the production of commercial vehicle mirrors and visors have been signed. The mirror deal is with a group of companies (not an exploration by an R&D division) and it is being "fast tracked." People who attended SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) spoke with individuals involved who praised the SPD technology and said they expected to see it in products.

Of course more changes and more announcements are forthcoming. You should have dug a little deeper. These facts are easily verified. Perhaps you may want to call Dr. Lampert again.
