Just called 800Flowers again and found out that the florist in England never received the order I placed on Dec 17th. The several people at 800Flowers who checked the order and said they would get back to me never did. I cancelled the order and turned down the pathetic 20% gift certificate I was offered.

I guess if they can't deliver flowers I don't really see the point of FLWS.
