Hi charred...

>The 27.5 million was placed with no assurances about the town.

I have to disagree with you here, charred...The short length of time it took to arrange this substantial financing and also the fact that it was immediately oversubscribed leads me to believe that some assurances were indeed out there...

>If there was, Manhattan would have been taken over.

I agree with you on this one...But who is to say that such negotiations are not either currently underway or shortly could be so...?? Which will come first..?? An agreement or a takeover..?? A takeover move could indicate that an agreement has been arranged and the stock will take off...An agreement announcement happening first will also see the stock take off...Personally, I would prefer the latter...

The TG-1 Oxide Cap Au/Ag deposit was a bonus to the company and it is still open to the north...How far, is anyone's guess right now...As such, the company finds itself in a more comfortable position and can afford to be generous to the townspeople of Tambo Grande in their negotiations with them and well they should...

However, Manhattan's time line is getting shorter very quickly...One has to know that while those 6? drills are turning, negotiations are getting down to the short strokes...

Regards....Ray

<<As I said, the TG-1 is a mine if there is an agreement with the town. That is what investors are betting on. Hopefully, a few more VMS deposits are found and TG-1 isn't an issue. >>

I think most will agree on that.

As far as moving the town, I think that if it to the benefit of all, it will be done. So it is only a matter for MAN to make sure that there are no looser!
