Sorry if it appeared that Jeb Bush had already taken a position against CCO. That is not the case as far as I know. I don't think that Jeb Bush has said anything about CCO specifically. Actually, I think He has come out against offshore drilling during the campaign. I just meant that if the new Governor continued the tactics of the old governor and continued their phoney political attacks that have intimidated the Company for so many years, I would then take a hardball attitude and just plow through the Courts if I had any say in the matter. An agressive assault on the State's position could result in some interesting discovery and perhaps we might find that individuals had made statements in memos indicating that the intent of the Government was to try to bankrupt the Company rather than settle. A memo or a conversation could be all they would need to show fraudulent behavior on the part of the State (like the tobacco companies).

If CCO can demonstrate that there is enough money potential, it might interest some of the more high powered law firms to get involved for a piece of the action. If I were ticked off enough, I would be willing to sacrifice 33% to one of the litigation sharks just to punish the State. Some of these sharks might just be able to justify my $100 billion figure <G>.
