Dick, That restriction is only for the officers of the company. The vast majority of insiders have no such restriction.

I am amazed on how this old recycled news has been so misunderstood and promoted by shorts that would cause the late day sell off. That there was the possibility of millions of shares being sold by insiders today and tomorrow is just wrong, maybe 31 Jan. Funny thing. Great buying (or covering) opportunity. Good luck all.
