i hear that millions of shares come unglued in february--there could be a bounce and then another sell-off then.

Hello by & all...

I've been eyeing this stock since the IPO and have been waiting to jump in at any drop. Is this my chance, or do you think it will test lower levels? I've been doing my research and see no news for the drop. Could that recent acquisition be a factor?
