Robert I get the same message on one of the three machines I have metastock on. Same original cd and same 6.52 update. Two computers fine... one not so... I just scratch head and move on. ht david

HI Robert! Had the same problem as you had but the solution is simple if i remember correctly! The problem is that there is no folder C:\EQUIS\the downloader\DLWin.exe but only a folder C:\EQUIS\DLWIN\DLWin.exe and therefore the program is looking in the wrong folder. You have to open MSWIN -->Tools--->Options--->FILE LOCATIONS and then change the line for the downloader to the one i gave above. As far as i remember that's what i did and my program runs fine!
