I take it that the filing will show at least $20 million in revenues over the past year, per the press release from a year and a half ago?

Message 4594573

Does anyone else notice that every year INFE puts out a PR saying that they are "about to acquire companies doing $20 million in revenue"?

How much are they losing currently? Guess we will know soon enough.

Mr.D Great news on Infe, now if Dgiv would start moving that would make for a perfect day. Anyway here is a stock for you, INDG, world leader in digital offset printing that has an agreement with Hewlett Packard. Volume has been 4x's normal the last two days and the stock is starting to break out. More news is expected on their alliance with Hwp in February, this will fuel a nice rise from current prices. Any news from Jimmy Chin on Dgiv?

"The SB 10 is done"

According to biz.yahoo.com it was supposed to have been filed by December 22, and here it is the 30th already with no sign of it on the SEC EDGAR system. I'll believe that INFE (now INFEE because of their delinquent filings) has filed with the SEC when I see it on the SEC's system.
