Tobacco giant will be forced into bankruptcy as legal tide continues to go against the industry. Despite large cash reserves, potential damages just too great. Management miscalculated mood of country/Congress - should have split off non-tobacco divisions years ago. It's too late now. We suspect management now busy developing its exit strategy. Cisco Systems (CSCO) will replace MO in the DJIA.>>
