Sure we are.
NASDAQ volume averaged over 1.5B shares a day since November. NYSE volume picked up in December and 5 dMA on it crossed 1B.
My guess is that the big distribution will end in January and the crash will come in early February.
In this low volume week the markets still reached new highs, so maybe the distribution in January will start already on declining market. 12/30/99 top before the MC? Could be.
