If they restructure the power/control shifts so don't expect that to happen unless its absolutely necessary. Also the paperwork that has to be submitted to the government often has to be submitted by a third party that is recognized as having the necessary staff with the correct credentials. My guess is that the third party has been on board since early summer. That's if the original paperwork was submitted on time to meet the early deadlines. The key to the play getting in motion can be found in the participation of AEC. What is not in place or finalized??? Fit the missing piece and the other parts will follow. Just my opinion.

Cheers

JR.

Clk, yes norpf did not work out to my dismay. I re-analyzed my portfolio and then made some changes. things worked out well . however, as you may have seen , I have a 10 bagger, still holding by the way, in rex diamond. also, my first calgary is a 3 plus bagger. besides these resource plays, i have been in angoss software and wsi interactive, anc.v and wiz.v respectively, both have been 3 baggers already and hopefully going much higher. so, in all respects I had a great year. hope you did too. happy new year. we can get together next century. yes?
