You must really like Mike Nichols. Catch 22 was a good book, I thought the movie was problematic.

A movie of that era I saw again recently was "Five Easy Pieces". Jack Nicholson's first big movie, I think, and another source of great lines. "Just keep telling me about the good life, Billy, 'cause it makes me puke". The kind of movie that would never get made in today's Hollywood.
