Yeah, its getting nuts. $590 a share makes them as big as Ford and Disney combined. Let's get real. Lots of comparisons to Intel but Intels products are produced to be obsolete in 6 months to a year. So they are constantly being replaced. Huge demand for fiber now but it's hard to argue that it will be constantly replaced like Intel/Microsoft products.

"Do you understand the logic of this? The stock's going up, so we'll say its going higher?" The logic is quite clear; whether it's responsible is another story. These analysts are basically saying that all this stuff is not hysteria, but in fact a technologically-driven productivity revolution that (at these prices) will continue unabated for 10-20 years.

As that deep thinker Ronnie Raygun once said (in a different context): "Trust, but verify." Loosely translated: "Have your sell stops in place."
