You're in A**2? I'm jealous. I went to college there. For quite a while. <g>

Well Gersh,

I don't know if this is Y2K related.. but went my local
Wells Fargo ATM to pull cash for my trip.. We are new customers of WF becuase they bot out Norwest who we loved. And had heard horror stories of WF etc.

I didn't know limits of ATM withdrawels so I plugged in 500.00. Highest preset was 300.. Needed more. The thing ground around and eventually spit out my card, but no cash or no receipt.. So I figured the 300.00 was the limit.. So plugged it back in, selected the preset 300.00 number.. It worked. Got my cash, card and receipt.. Checked the receipt, balance seemed low. figured they had deducted the 500. Went back to the drive in which was still open and had them check.. Sure enough, the 500 was deducted for a total of 800. wd. The girl said the max was 300 I could of got.. so I have proof things wern't working. Nobody around to check ATM workings. Gave me number to call at custoimer service. There

She told me I had 500.00 limit/24 hrs. for ATM and essentially admitted the machine screwed up because it shows It gave A total of 800.. which was impossible.
She said it will probably be credited back in a day or two,,But in the meantime. We have to make a deposit out of our MM checking to cover checks that might hit today..

So that's my story and I'm sticking to it..
