Yes, it is overbought if you consider the situation in light of the release of shares due to expiration of lockup today and on Jan 3. I expect it to trade sideways and possibly cutback about 10% during the next 2 weeks or so. They the B2B craze will be revived and CMRC will be one of the leading beneficiaries of that revival (thanks to GM)

Other stocks that may benefit from this craze are ELCO, RETK and CNQR. Crumb pickers (appreciate around 50% from present levels): ARBA, PPRO and VERT

"Seriously overbought": Based upon what evidence, Mike? Do you disagree with the Dresdner analysis (i.e. about $2,000 per share next year)? Don't you think the networking effect and the GM contract make it likely for billions more transactions to run through CMRC? Imagine what success with GM can mean for other, as yet unsigned clients. Just speculating, but look at what ARBA is already boasting. This is at least a $1.3 trillion market (per Forrester) with only 5 or 6 "first movers". CMRC has dominance and the incredible potential of GM and the rest of the corporate world migrating to its platforms.
