From Right Line Split Report (and for what it's worth): "Commerce One (CMRC) - WOWZARONI! Monday, CMRC shares began trading adjusted for its 3-for-1 split. Traders did not wait long to move in and buy up the "cheaper" shares that opened on Monday at 207. We got our planned entry of 208.83 (626.50 pre-split) and watched CMRC defy gravity and gain 57.11..oh and uh.. that is 171.33 pre-split points. The madness continued on Tuesday when CMRC traded in a mere 81 point range. CMRC opened up 12.81 points higher and traded to a high of 331 (993 pre-split!) before pulling back to close at the low of the day at 250 with a modest 6.44 point loss. The selloff was most likely caused by fears of CMRC's ending of its lockup period. CMRC's 180-day lockup period expired on Tuesday with over 12 million shares(pre-split) becoming available for sale by insiders on Wednesday. The company
stated that officers are restricted from selling shares before an earnings announcement and that should substantially reduce the shares available for sale this week. The stock traded higher in after-market trading after the company's statement. We still may see some downward pressure on the stock over the next week or so as other insiders cash in on their stocks gigantic move from the IPO. Caution is advised for CMRC because it is very extended and quite volatile, additionally it closed Tuesday at its low after a 62 point selloff in the last hour of
trading. If you are still in CMRC, PROTECT YOUR PROFITS by moving up your stops!! Our next VERY HIGH RISK entry point will be a move over 332 or on a bounce off support. Very weak support may be found near 185-190. Not Optionable."
