Lynn - ironically, a lot of your "futuristic" wish list (ability to surf the Internet from a "remote" location, voice recognition, etc.) may ALL be things offered by Qualcomm soon !

They did! I just use my ThinPhone to call Fidelity! I've set up a real time quote list which their computer reads to me. It uses voice recognition <g>.
