I had the same problem with the wide slides.
If you change your display to 1024 X 768 pixels, at least temporarily to view the slide show, then they fit nicely on the screen.

I couldn't get it to fit, either. I also couldn't get the NEXT button to work, so I didn't get past slide one. I have a cable modem, so my screens load fast, but for some reason it locked up on this.

I don't have any problem. It fits perfectly. May be send wind IR an email and see if they have an answer.
