BM, I was an employee of CGI, in management, when the BCE acquisition of IFM took place. The discussion at that time we were all told CGI would be the IT arm of BCE. That being said, an IFM merger with CGI is a distinct possibility.

The IFM relationship with Bell Canada on the B2B can only have a negative impact on CGI and IFM relationship. You now have two BCE companies competing for BCE business. Doesn't make sense to me.

I though the IFM merger would take place quickly as I posted some time ago. As the IFM share price goes higher, the merger just becomes more expensive. The only consolation is that CGI's price keep going higher as well.
