Winston,
Looks like all the employees and non-insider shareholders are dumping.

Who do you think is buying those 1000 to 10,000 blocks going across today? Do you think it's uninformed bargain hunters or maybe momentum players? Or is it the fund guys loading up at bargain prices?

I think the tell of Insider selling is not the falling price, but the volume. We all knew the lockup expired yesterday so many people sold in anticipation -- this can create a short term (low volume) downward pressure. But look at the volume yesterday and today. It's much higher than average meaning a lot of people with a lot of shares are saying farewell...at least for now.

Just my thoughts.
