If A is 70 and HWP is 114, the intrinsic value of HWP's A content is 75 X .373 = ~26, making the rest of HWP worth only $88 per share (of course I doubt the 70 will hold for very long once the mo-mo boys start running it back down...it's already down from 75). Your strategy was right but the timing was early!
