Going forward, what is ahead of CMRC. CMRC had pretty good start in B2B. Even though I think it is the leader in B2B space. The competition is right behind. So, going forward, what CMRC has to do to differentiate itself from others like ARBA? Excahnge is relatively easy to set up. The stickiness of the exchange is the critical part. What CMRC has to do to increase stickiness of its exchanges? Morgan Stanley had a long laundry list. I selectively list some of them here, hopefully, I can have meaningful discussions on these points. 1) Product Life Cycle Management 2) Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting 3) Supplier Certification 4) Contract administration 5) Production Configuration 6) Bill presentment 7) Transportation Management
