Todd, hard to believe you've never taken an economics course since, you have ably pointed out the two weakest elements of my argument. GDP is not the outer limit, clearly their are international opportunities. I use it for a benchmark. Their are international opps and ALSO international competitors. While no doubt ICGE will do much international business, international competitors will also grab US market share. Your point is excellent, however, I still believe as a benchmark, it is reasonable. As far as the accuracy of GDP, that is also a good argument. However, IMO their stats are actually quite good. The primary reason they insert that disclaimer is protect them from liability and to convince businesses not to use their numbers for contractual obligations....which happens anyway.
