They probably feel that nothing is going to overcome the "bad taste" for transplant companies, near-term? The investors, through Carson, are probably top notch..... take the dilution and remove concerns about cash limitations? In any event, I am not pleased. This, to me, is an indication that big news on psoriasis from MEDI is not coming in the next few months. I hope I'm wrong, but..... if I am, then I'll be even less pleased..... in that event, this 1.7 million shares could be considered a "gift". The recent run..... the deal was certainly negotiated prior to it.
