JDN, thanks for your sane, friendly, down to earth update about where to buy in the Eastern warm weather locations. I was beginning to feel like a real bad guy, living in California as I do. NOT. Actually, the other great climate area I'm considering down the line is just a little East of here...San Diego.

Good thing we have this geographic detail stuff to keep this thread alive.

The highest point in North Carolina is 6,684 feet above sea level. Where I come from that is considered a hill, not a mountain. Sorry, couldn't let you coastal boys have all the fun. <g>
