I spoke with my friend at AMZN yesterday...as I posted before, between Thanksgiving and up until the 22nd of December, AMZN did triple the volume of last seasons best day. So I asked what if it triples again next year, could you handle it? He said that the automated warehouses were operating at no more than 20% of capacity.
