JWASS my friend.... you dont know me. I said...and still maintain ...that I am holding the better part of my original position. I bought shares the other day at $1.28 I am not out to hurt the company. I do however want a settlement. I have a written promise from Ken Danchuk that the shares were on the way. Ken Danchuk told me [in writing] that the company was ceasing all OTCbb promotions and that a settlement was in the works. Ken Danchuk then offered me 25k -- shares which I refused...I told him the agreement was for 100k. Once I refused the offer for 25k Ken told me the matter was turned over to the companies attorneys. I am proposing that the full 100k shares be tendered as promised: 10k to help research for my friend Mellisa:http://www.smallpotatoes.net/melissa.htm 10k to the Dian Fossey Fund for the preservation of Gorillas 30k to Saint Peter the Apostle Orthodox Church which is undergoing restoration:http://www.cybergate.com/~stpeter/ The remaining 50k to shareholders who petition the company on my behalf.
