What do they do with all the money they're going to be making? And yes, I can imagine funding new projects, and buying complementary technologies, but come on... $20 billion a year's worth? What about a (shudder) dividend?

Does anybody remember the guy who sort of dismissed Qualcomm by saying that they were essentially a "bank"......I never could figure out how that was a criticism.

A dividend would be nice, even if just a penny. Then the 'rest' of the mutual funds could buy in too. I have no idea what they'll do with all the cash, but I'll let my imagination run a while. What a terrible problem!

Q rocks, making $$$$$ just like a rock star should! (I guess today it would be baseball star)

Last post. Got to sleep so I can cheer with all the Q nurses.

There's an interesting story in my newspaper today, that I guess was copied from the Boston Globe... Entitled "Popular Palm Pilot digital organizers get grip on Congress". Talks about how everyone on capitol hill is walking around with Palm Pilots. Just wait until they get pdQ's, and can speed dial all the other senators for a private conversation from the comfort of their chairs...

If Palm VII's are enveloping the Congress (you can't even bring a laptop into the Senate floor for chrissakes), it won't be long before every government flunky needs to have one, or a pdQ...
