Thanks Cush, Carole, and Matthew for your responses.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one who's not happy. I sometimes wonder if it's "just me" when I get peeved.

I'm going to check out Schwab Canada, TD Waterhouse, and HSBC InvestDirect. Moving an RSP portfolio is a pain, I've moved from CT Securities to Scotia Discount in the past. CT was worse than Scotia, but things change over time. My priorities in order of importance are:

1) Service: ie. performance, execution, reliability, etc.
2) Information & research
3) Price
4) I don't invest in mutual funds

I'm going to pick one and open a small account to try it out. If I like it I'll switch my RSP. If I discover anything of mutual interest I'll post it here.

Thanks,
Gofer
