Komrade Billski - Re: "I am sure Intel and it's card carrying running dogs of imperialistic lackeys(you and Paul plus others) have been looking high and low for any flaws, even to the point where you might consider creative actions?"

You are sounding very, very nervous.

Especially for a clown who claims (or claimed) to own no AMD stock !

Whatsamatta, Komradski -- did you finally buy in - at the TOP ?

Bill, Intel typically has four times as many errata as AMD. This is true at all levels -- trivial, work-aroundable, and serious.

<Elmer, Are we then to believe Intel releases it's errata because they are so onerous they must do so?>

Bravo Bill, you got the bastard! Good post. Thanks.

Re: "Elmer, Are we then to believe Intel releases it's errata because they are so onerous they must do so? And AMD gets no complaints and so posts no errata?"

Bill, remember the Intel errata that were fixed with bios workarounds? You had to be mildly sedated to keep from harming yourself. There may be numerous Athlon errata that require similar workarounds. I stress the word "MAY" because without the errata list we don't know. Remember how upset you were when Intel posted bios workarounds? Just how quick would you be to dismiss them as trivial if the Athlon has similar workarounds? I suspect the speed of light may be the limiting factor.
