It states on CCO's web site that the DEP and the State filed on November 1,1999 a joint motion for clarification, rehearing or certification with respect to the decision asking the Appeals court to clarify the "taking of leases issue with just compensation". CCO was to respond to that joint motion on or before November 16,1999. To date, nothing has appeared on the web site.
What is going on? What is CCO's next move? Why are the stockholders not informed? Are the CCO Attorneys dealing with such sensitive and delicate negotiations that the stockholders are deliberately kept in the dark?

Ed, I agree with you completely. I just wish someone at Coastal would take those things to heart and dig in their heels as it were to bring this thing to a conclusion.
