MM: One interesting thing about that analysis is that it is not unique. As absurd as it is, it is consistent with the going-form of analysis. Eventually, that type of analysis will be relegated to books documenting the insanity of the markets during the 90s. In QCOM's case, the analyst could probably support a P/E multiple of around 60 for the stock. That would make it a pricey $60 stock but one worth holding.
